We would just like to give credit & thanks to Jonny and the team at Imagine Creative Solutions for the fantastic, well designed & maintained website. Having a website that is user friendly with a professional well-designed interface, allows our patients to navigate with ease around each section.
Our service has a maintenance package included which allows the team at Imagine to update, develop, and implement promptly when requested as and when changes need to be made. This has been a very beneficial and excellent feature to have during these unprecedented times. New additions and alterations are easily and promptly added to the website, rapidly designed and uploaded by Imagine in response to COVID-19.
We regularly involve our service users in the design of the website as we feel it is important to have input from patients. Our service users have also praised the setup up of the website and many page features within it. The Gateshead Sexual Health website has also received credit from our partners at Public Health England regarding the design and setup which again was nice to hear.

I met with a few website designers before choosing Imagine Creative Solutions. Liam was very friendly and approachable, he also showed passion and creativity for his work and I knew we would work well together, all factors that were important to me. I didn’t however expect Covid 19 to hit us just as the work was starting.! We’ve had a lot of emails, phone calls and socially distanced meetings and throughout the process Liam has been amazing. He has been very patient and supportive; guiding me through the process and explaining how to make my vision a reality. His close attention to detail and determination to create the site I wanted made something I was dreading into a great experience. I am delighted with our site, it looks awesome and functions well, we already have had excellent feedback from customers.
I would highly recommend Imagine Creative Solutions to anyone considering setting up or improving a website and I look forward to working with Liam and the team in the future.
